Immunisation is a simple, safe and effective way to protect you, your family and others in the community from serious diseases. The National Immunisation Program (NIP) provides free vaccines against a number of diseases, to increase national immunisation rates and reduce vaccine preventable disease. Recommendations are age, medical condition and lifestyle based. Check with your GP whether you immunisation status is up=to-date.
